The Dundee Instrumental Band (St Margaret's) meets every Wednesday evening at 7.30 pm in the Lochee Park Pavilion, under conductor Bob McDonald. We currently compete in the Fourth Section, and play concerts regularly throughout the year, with summer and Christmas being particularly busy periods. There is also a smaller DIB Ensemble that can fulfil gigs when a fuller band isn't required.

Members are expected to pay subs, with discounted rates offered for students, seniors and those with their own instruments.​

If you'd like to play but don't have your own instrument, we can discuss the option of borrowing one from the band; if you do have your own, the subs rate is reduced
